Workshop:
HEALING INNER AND OUTER SPLITS
A Jungian Dream Workshop
The study of dreams is one of the most powerful tools for self-discovery and personal growth. According to C. G. Jung, our dreams bring us into contact with our innermost soul, and show us the inner and outer dynamics that impact its well-being. Working with dreams empowers us to pay attention to our psyche's deepest messages, enabling us to heal the inner and outer conflicts with which our soul is concerned. This workshop is designed to create a supportive environment for participants to explore how their dreams are speaking to them and how they can use them to speed their healing process. The workshop begins Friday evening with a review of C. G. Jung's theories of dreams. The Saturday session is designed to put these theories into practice through interpreting dreams shared by participants, as well as exploration of dreams through art and creative writing.
